1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Tavryon Digital Technologies, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
We provide AI, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data and design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
3. Quotes and payments
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment schedules are defined in each agreement. Late payments may result in paused work until the account is settled.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to materials needed to complete the project. Delays in these may affect agreed timelines.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables created for them. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant clients a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
We perform our services with professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Website use
Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse it without our written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as defined in the agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
